Many of you know we raise trees in the forest. Did you also know we raise garlic on the farm? Garlic is harvested in July, then dried for a few weeks and braided. Convention says you can only braid softnecks. Not so! The better tasting hardnecks can be braided with skill, proper technique, and strong thumbs!
